Screw type air compressor no-load rate: Working within the set air pressure range, operating under load when the pressure is lower than the set pressure. From the above table, it can be seen that the compressor oil is in a no-load state for 16% of the time, which not only wastes energy but also reduces the efficiency factor. Using a frequency converter to control the speed of the air compressor for energy conservation is a relatively scientific control method.
